EVO Series
The DELT PUMP – EVO Series is the latest submersible turbine pump (STP) for underground tanks, specifically designed for use in Thailand’s service stations. It is compatible with various types of fuel, including diesel and special gasoline blends like B7, B10, and E20. The pump features an integrated check valve, a relief valve with new seals, and enhanced internal wiring for increased durability and safety. The compact structure and adjustable shaft length allow easy installation in tanks of different diameters. The pump minimizes air bubble formation in the fuel system, operates quietly, and is easy to maintain. Proven materials ensure compatibility with all types of fuel used in Thailand, providing long-lasting performance.
DELT EVO SERIES
The DELT EVO Series Submersible Turbine Pump (STP) is reliable and safe, featuring an electric motor that provides a consistent fuel flow rate. The pump has an active air removal system that operates continuously, and a single-bolt disconnection system for easy motor wiring removal. It includes a pressure relief screw to return air-purged fuel back to the tank, reducing emissions during maintenance. The pump can be easily removed from the tank with three bolts without needing to dismantle the leak detection system. The 70mm diameter check valve reduces pressure loss at high flow rates, enabling faster refuelling times.
The mechanical leak detector is designed for gasoline, kerosene, and diesel. It controls the oil output promptly when a leak of at least 11.4 liters per minute is detected in the pipeline. The leak detector has a delay mechanism that activates within 2-3 seconds. If the leak rate is less than 11.4 liters per minute, the mechanical leak detector can maintain the maximum flow rate while multiple dispensers are operating simultaneously.
